A sell-out crowd of more than 100 general managers, catering and bar managers, chefs, food & beverage staff and club directors attended the event, held at CMAA headquarters in Sydney on 1-2 October 2008.

The event was jointly presented by Club Managers Association of Australia and Profitable Hospitality.
