The official website is now available - Masterchef Australia. Looks like there will be plenty of testosterone, mate-talk and hopefully some good insights into the reality of restaurant life.

Hosted by Sarah Wilson, the show is designed to give aspiring chefs the opportunity to develop their skills, to be 'mentored by the best', and ultimately 'make a change in their lives'.
The 3 judges are restaurateurs Gary Mehigan of Fenix Restaurant and George Calombaris of Melbourne's Press Club, and food critic Matt Preston.
